I have a basic PAYGO account with idMobile. It has just over £5 credit but when I try to make a call I get the “out of credit” message. Similarly I can’t send texts.

Has this issue been resolved? If you recently topped up, it can take between 2-24 hours to process in some cases.

No, it hasn’t been resolved. I had £5 credit days, or even months, before this happened.
I added £5 and now I can call and send texts, maybe it will happen again when I get down to £5 credit!
