I have had a ID mobile phone on pay monthly a year, transferring PAC from vodafone - So why am I still on vodafone network and getting charged by ID mobile?

I will definitely return to vodafone for £7.99 per month for free sms and calls than £34.00 per month on ID mobile when there is ZERO customer service. SCAM
