Hey there ​@Angela Rodd, sorry to hear that. Can you confirm further what you mean by this?

 

On the iD Mobile app/website, it can sometimes show you payments as “Successful” when they actually weren’t, due to a direct debit failure for example. We would only advise to go off what comes out your bank, and double check the payments are correct there.
