Solved

I haven't activated my sim yet as I am not ready but I have just received a bill. What can I do please?

Advice on how not to pay before activation please? I purchased the sim hoping I would be ready to use it this week but I have had a set back so I haven't activated the sim but I have just received a first payment bill🤷‍♂️. I don't want to be paying for something I am not using yet. Can someone please advise. Many thanks

Hey there @Steve De Pace, all our contracts begin charging from the date of order/dispatch. We cannot freeze or pause payments until you have your contract I’m afraid.

All SIM cards are delivered in 3-5 working days, so if not delivered yet, please do let us know.

If you need a payment extension to delay when you make this payment, we can also assist with that if needed.

Thanks,

Tyler

Could you do that for me please🙏. I have had to go to South Wales as my elderly mother has dementia and I had to go to help as she fell. I have only just got back and can't finish putting the antenna on my motorhome just yet but hopefully next week weather permitting🤞🤞🤞
