i laid twice


Hi 

I paid twice

1 payment on the 26th Dec

then another 2nd Jan - please refund this payment…

 

next pay should be 26th not 2nd

 

please help

Can you please confirm if this was a direct debit payment and a manual card payment and if both payments show as being made via your banking app?

Hi

the manual payment was made from my chase account. But the direct debit is set up from my Santander account.

its the manual paid from chase account that I need a refund.
