I requested the cost of leaving ID Mobile on 3rd May and was given cost of £33.13. I checked again today and it's now £55.28??? How can it have gone up?

I requested the cost of leaving ID Mobile on 3rd May and was given cost of £33.13. I checked again today and it's now £55.28??? How can it have gone up?

Please note that would be an estimated based on bills yet to be issued, billing will continue through to the point of disconnection or the point of contract expiry.
