I want to set a DD please I called you and was kept on phone for 7 mins only for the ruse man to hang up on me this is disgusting behaviour I'm apppauled. I then call back cannot get through to an actual human being I wish to make a complaint

Sorry to hear this, you’ll be able to set a direct debit via the iD Mobile app typically, however if you are having issues doing it there, we’d recommend one time calling the team on 0800 049 2376 to assist with this.
