First issue:
Instead of the app showing the correct amount owed as per my bill (£10), it shows (£10.07). Same on the web. Customer services say it is erroneous, they do not understand why and took an action to escalate to resolve. That was two weeks ago.
the issue is not resolved as we are now on the second bill and of course no updates.
Second issue:
A week ago, I was promised a customer service credit to my account. Is there an area of my account on the web or in the app that I should be able to see that credit? If not, why ?
if anyone has any informed thoughts on either of these two issues, please help.
