Incorrect charges

Hi there -

 

I disconnected / cancelled my ID mobile plan over a month ago yet I am still being charged on my account. Please could someone look into this and refund any incorrect charges that have been made.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Stephen Croxon   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hey there ​@Stephen Croxon, sorry to hear that. It’s likely you requested a 30-day disconnection, meaning the contract and charges remain active for those 30-days. Do you know what date you requested the disconnection please?
