I wanted to increase my bill cap above £25, as I am out the country and needed to make call to my bank from my registered no, but as i reached my bill cap i cant make call, I paid £50 on the iDmobile online, but I dont know where that went, as I still cant make any calls, can you please help me on this how to increase that and where my £50 payment went. Thanks
Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

To increase your spend cap…..
Login to your account
Select ‘Bills’ at the top of the page
Scroll down to and select ‘Manage bill cap’
Change £ and Confirm
Did you pay the £50 for ‘add-ons’?

Have you enabled international calls in your account?
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming
You will only be able to see where your £50 went when your next bill is available as this will detail your usage and credit.

Talking to agent resolved the issue, as they manually increased my bill cap tp £75, and the £50 which i paid was in there records and will be shown on the next bill …
