increase in monthly payments

My three plans have increased in price. Also it mentions I have changed my contract on one of my numbers. Just need to get to the bottom of these issues.

Are these 3 plans SIM only?

 

Or 3x phone and SIM contracts?

 

If you’ve not changed the phone number then this might be fraudulent activity by a third party. Have you checked to see if one of the phones no longer works?

 

Have you set the billing cap to £0 on all 3 accounts?

If your contract prices have gone up, this could be due to the RPI/CPI price increases in April.

 

If the price increase has only just occured now, then this could be due to a plan change, direct debit date change, or out of contract charges being applied due to extra usages, or premium calls for example.
