Hi IDMobile

 

I went to take out a iPhone 16 Pro Max on Pay Monthly. I checked as much as I can find on the FAQ’s so hoping you can help. 

Do you take the payment before or after a credit check? I went through the form, did the direct debit then got to the last stage where had to pay £199. Couldn’t find any answers and did not see any screen for the check before the payment so declined the payment until I knew more as don’t want it marking my score.

    Hey this has been resolved now.

    ID Mobile said they do not take any payments before a credit check is done :)
