Phone was cut off, I tried to make a payment through the phone number but pressing numbers did nothing when given selections. So I tried to pay it in the app, it let me put my details in and showed the "done" screen after but then still showed me as oweing £10. Did this 3 times and I have been charged for all 3 yet my phone is still blocked. Tried to message the chatbot and it asked for my customer service pin, which is not available in the new app. Transferred to the queue to speak to a real person, the wait time is half an hour and going up. So now I am £30 down and unable to use my phone properly.

 

Sorry for the wall of text, is there anything I can do to get this money back? To get my phone unblocked? Anything?? Very frustrating and all of this would be solved by a costumer service phoneline with real people on the other end.

Sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced.

I would advise contacting our Customer Service Team to get this sorted.

If you have issues getting through simply type Agent when prompted both times then select Customer Services.
