I was on holiday and drove from UK Spain and only Spain
I am now seeing on my July bill a charge £45 for ROW roaming.. why?
I looked at the roaming and Spain is included so where is the rest of world charge from?, why does the bill not specify? what the change is for?
I am going to France next week and do not what to get it wrong again if it is my fault.

In terms of the charges, did you go near or through any bordering countries not included in our inclusive roaming package? Or, did you go out to or near the sea at all?

Hi Tyler. Thanks for getting back to me,no we traveled from Portsmouth to Santander on the ferry spent 14 days in and around Santander then travelled back on the ferry from Santander to Portsmouth.
Is their a way for you to check what the charges are for?
