Firstly, to avoid roaming charges, even when in inclusive EU countries, we’d always recommend changing your bill cap to £0.00 via the iD Mobile app/website, to avoid roaming charges, for connecting to nearby countries, or for connecting to the maritime network.

In terms of the charges, did you go near or through any bordering countries not included in our inclusive roaming package? Or, did you go out to or near the sea at all?

Hi Tyler. Thanks for getting back to me,no we traveled from Portsmouth to Santander on the ferry spent 14 days in and around Santander then travelled back on the ferry from Santander to Portsmouth.

Is their a way for you to check what the charges are for?
