I have just joined ID Mobile on £6/month for 8GB of data on 24 month contract. I went to sign up my son a few days later and I now see you offer 8GB for £5/month.
Live chat say they can’t change my direct debit to £5/month.
I suggested they could increase my data to the new offer of £6/month for 30GB but again they said no.
Why is this not possible?

Sorry to hear this, different deals are offered at different times, we wouldn’t be able to switch you to a different deal every time another pops up. You’ll be contracted at the deal and term agreed at the point of sale.
