just joined.. im being shown 3 different payment dates!

I’ve just joined ID and received a text stating my bill was due 12/05/25 (only had the contract for 1 day) log into the app and it’s saying a completely different date next month 14/06/25.. I’m confused as to when a payment needs to be made and live chat doesn’t connect!

    Both dates show the invoice for the month of may though?

    If you download the iD app, and tap ‘bills’ this will show you the date your Direct Debit is due on.
