Why is  my  bill £27.70

Hey there ​@Karen Redstone Cordes, have you managed to speak to the live-chat as advised by ​@WelshPaul.

 

If not, have you logged into the iD Mobile app/website and checked your bill, as it should state why it’s different? I.e, direct debit date change, upgrade/plan change, RPI/CPI April price increases, extra usage for texts, calls or data or roaming for example.
