Late with a payment :(

So my dd usually goes out around the 11th of every month and the past dd was for some reason taken back by my bank for some reason and I was unaware. I then received a text message 4 days ago stating they would reattempt in 5 days but unfortunately I won’t have the funds to pay it until Monday the 23rd of December.

 

Really hoping someone could help me on what to do. Would it be possible to get an extension until Monday?

You’d be better off contacting iD via their Live Chat as they can grant a payment extension (on a case by case basis)

iD’s Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
