LCS account


Hi, I've been contacted by LCS on behalf of ID.

The information they provided regarding the alleged missed payments are wrong.

Can someone contact me please.

On a side note, ID is making it almost impossible to get actual support.

Live chat closes if you accidentally press back and no history is kept.

Phone line is unaccessible.

Emails are not answered.

And here are customers whose credit score is being affected because someone at ID isn't doing they're job properly.

Not sure if this is useful, but other forum members have reported using Facebook Messenger to contact iD customer service is more effective, @Andregrey
