So... my underage son has had a contract that since run it's course and so he decided to upgrade which was what he thought he was doing. It appears that he managed to take a new contract out. As it happens the DPD driver missed us and upon speaking to an online agent I've learnt to feat not - handset will be returned to the depot which will effectively cancel the order and I can then upgrade. That was a month ago, I got charged today with no comms from ID mobile. Send help!!! I need to speak to an intelligent individual for customer service...
