So... my underage son has had a contract that since run it's course and so he decided to upgrade which was what he thought he was doing. It appears that he managed to take a new contract out. As it happens the DPD driver missed us and upon speaking to an online agent I've learnt to feat not - handset will be returned to the depot which will effectively cancel the order and I can then upgrade. That was a month ago, I got charged today with no comms from ID mobile. Send help!!! I need to speak to an intelligent individual for customer service...

Hi ​@Evie_bbb  sorry to hear this, is the contract in your name? Or your sons? Can I ask how old he is?

If the order has been returned this should have either been cancelled or sent back out to you. 

Have you received any emails from us regarding the order? Please note, this may have gone to junk/spam.

It is in my name; can I speak to someone pls as I'm on live chat with the customer service and they just disconnected my account altogether !!!!!

Hi there,

Upgrade handset has arrived and all seems in order but I haven't been refunded for the erroneous bill payment as of yet. I have requested it a number of times - via chat and email with no luck. Could I pls have it back?
