missed payment cleared, still barred after 3 days

I accidently missed a payment for my daughter's phone plan. Her phone was/is barred even though I made the payment over the phone using iD's  automated payment service. Weirdly the automated service did not give me a payment reference number but the payment is on my bank statements so its definitely been paid. Ben 3 days now and the phone is STILL barred. I contacted customer service agents TWICE via chat bot and BOTH AGENTS DISCONNECTED THE CHAT AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR A REPLY FOR 10 MINUTES. 

Disgraceful service so far. 

We are only a few months old to the contract but I want to know how I can either get my daughter's phone unbarred or how to leave iD because frankly, the service is awful and the difficulty of getting a real person to talk to, is not worth it at all.

We've tried this dozens of times. We have left the phone off for a few hours too. It's disgusting that customers have to complain for their phone service to resume.  ID have got their payment and will continue charging me next month but won't resume service. How can I complain? I really want to leave my contract and believe i should be able to do this under the Consumer Act.
