I accidently missed a payment for my daughter's phone plan. Her phone was/is barred even though I made the payment over the phone using iD's automated payment service. Weirdly the automated service did not give me a payment reference number but the payment is on my bank statements so its definitely been paid. Ben 3 days now and the phone is STILL barred. I contacted customer service agents TWICE via chat bot and BOTH AGENTS DISCONNECTED THE CHAT AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR A REPLY FOR 10 MINUTES.
Disgraceful service so far.
We are only a few months old to the contract but I want to know how I can either get my daughter's phone unbarred or how to leave iD because frankly, the service is awful and the difficulty of getting a real person to talk to, is not worth it at all.
