missing SIM card

Hi can you send me a replacement SIM card as my pre pay SIM has not arrived yet please let me know asap as I have cancelled my DD

Hey there ​@Sheady1, sorry to hear that. Please note, cancelling the direct debit doesn’t cancel the contract or bills due.

 

I’d recommend contacting our live-chat in this case, who can send you one via the post, or possibly an eSIM:

I’m not sure if you could pop into Currys and just ask for a replacement SIM, being as you’re leaving. This might be an iD posted option only - IDK

From my understanding the transition for leaving iD means the current SIM is reverted to a non functioning PAYG SIM for 30 days, giving you time to port your number away.

And by non functioning you can’t make or receive calls or texts or use any inbound or outbound data.

Hi Tom the order was placed on the 14  nov 24 and I work with no way of getting to the store I have. 12 month pre pay contract that I have cancelled the DD on as I'm paying for something I haven't received.
