I am writing regarding my monthly bills. I have updated my direct debit last month. I checked my bills from may. It says Id mobile has received the payment. However, it doesn’t reflect on my current or previous bank statement. Could you please kindly confirm whether you have received the last months bills. If yes from which account. Moreover is my current direct debit details has been accepted on your end?
