Monthly recurring charge

Hi my monthly bill is £15, however this months bill has a recurring charge taking my bill to £26. Why is this?

We are very sorry to hear your bill is higher than expected. 

In order for us to understand this better, can you confirm what the recurring charge is listed as/for on your invoice? 

This could be for an add on or additional use out side of your tariff but this information should be available within the invoice breakdown.

Hi Natalie thanks for the reply. My bill just says

 

monthly recurring charge £22.37

tax.                                        £4.47

total.                                      £26.84

 

There is no other charges and I have not exceeded any of my limits on my plan.

I have been in Lanzorote and Poland over  the past month but I checked the roaming charges and both are free.
