monthly recurring charge increased

My agreed monthly recurring charge is £22.99. It has now shot up to £37.36. I have checked my invoice and there are no additional charges added. I wasn’t made aware of a reason for increase. How do I query this?

Hey there @Millots, sorry to hear that.

Have you changed your direct debit date, or upgraded/changed plan at all recently?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler,

i changed the date of my direct debit but not the plan. Does this mean it will be lower next month?

Thanks,

Amelia

Ah OK @Millots , thats why the bill is a little higher, as it is pro-rata'd. That means its part of two months bills due to the date change. You haven't over paid, and it will even out next month.

I hope that helps.
