I need my phone having an autistic child but I've just been moved over to Universal Credit from my original benefits and it's been a struggle and I just need a little more time to pay my bill without having my services restricted please can someone contact me over this?

I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team and they can send off the payment extension request for you.

If you wish to change your payment date for future payments, you can do this via your app or account online.
