Morocco - roam beyond added but high charge shiwing?

My wife is currently in Morocco. She purchased a roam beyond add on before but her current bill is showing over £100. 
Does anyone know what may have happened?

 

She’s trying to use the contact us link but it won’t load.

Unfortunately it sounds like the Roam Beyond add-on you’ve purchased isn’t working properly, ​@Littlejo21

Other customers have posted here about similar experiences - their Roam Beyond add-on purchases didn’t work as expected either.

Perhaps a third-party data-only eSIM product, with travel plan for your destination/s, might be more reliable.
