You can find out how much it will cost to cancel your iD Mobile plan:

Via Text → Using your iD Mobile SIM → text INFO and your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 85075

or

Via the iD Mobile app or your online Account.

Tap on Plan → Leave iD → Leaving cost

Hi, I do not receive text messages and calls from outside the UK. Before changing the operator (network) I had a block on incoming calls in the 3 network, and maybe that is the problem. The question is, can you remove that block on incoming calls and texts? Please help and answer.

If you are currently not in the UK, you should have set up your iD Mobile account and phone before leaving the UK - you needed roaming turning on on both.

Although iD Mobile uses the 3 infrastructure, they have independent systems. So you blocking incoming calls and texts on 3 should have no effect on iD.

That wasn’t your original question. You asked about how much would it cost to end your contract.

If you set up roaming on your account and phone prior to leaving the UK then you’d probably be better off contacting iD via their live chat (this uses data, not calls or texts).

To disconnect in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘Plan’.
  3. Tap ‘Leave iD’.
  4. Tap ‘Leaving cost’.
