Years ago, I was in the Car phone ware house and J was recommended a phone contract for my son, who has special needs and very vulnerable. On the ASD spectrum. So I did a contract in my name, but my son, was using the phone and I was paying by direct debit, till in Jan 2020 ( not sure of the date) he was assaulted in the quadrant , sutton surrey and his phone was stolen, he rushed home and I reported to the police, I have asked the police to send me the report  to upload all details as well, I also called ID to explain Benjamin Brew my son phone has been stolen, so they must blocked the phone. So far as I am concerned I paid all my bills by direct debits till the unfortunate incident, Wgetger my last bill was an oversight, I don’t why ID registered an outstanding debt on my credit file. Please can you send me a link to pay E79 as shown on my file and then a receipt from you, With this payment which will be made as soon as they’re is link to pay as I cannot even remember Ben’s ID phone number  and the police report, I hope  the outstanding debt on my file can be removed. As I know I called to stop the phone services as it was stolen.

I’m sorry to hear this, however a stolen/lost phone wouldn’t mean bills for the plan stop, they would continue as normal until a cancellation is completed.​

We wouldn’t provide a link to pay an outstanding bill, we’d recommend using the iD Mobile app/website if the plan was/is registered or calling the payment line on 0333 003 0001.​
