Hello! I got an upgrade and my monthly bill should be £17 ,but I just got charged my expired contract price £38.99 

Can someone explain please?

The bill at the old rate likely was sent before the upgrade took place, however not to worry, your next bill will adjust accordingly and if you’ve overpaid, it’ll be credited.

@Esther Kosi  You are always paying in advance so you've upgrade so you should be paying your new payment of  £17 in your next monthly bill.
