Why has my bill recently been inreased?

You can d/load from their website after logging in; id also e mail your bill monthly

in pdf form.

Why not check your SPAM Folder?

Have you downloaded the bill that is showing the increased charge?
The bill will show the individual charges incurred i.e. calls, texts, data etc, and you can then determine what (if any) out of plan costs you have had to pay for, if any e.g. use of short codes.

If you don’t want any surprise costs then you can cap your bill.
Set it to the maximum £ you want to pay then you will know that your bill will be no greater than that month to month:-

Tap on Bills, scroll down to Manage bill cap, move the slider to where you want and click Save.
