my bill cap stopped working

Since I got my plan I put that I would not like to expend more than my plan. For the past almost 2 years I was charged 24.99 my plan. This month I just got a 90£ bill..how come?

Has someone else used the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Miguel13

  • Is there malware / spyware installed on your phone? 
  • Are the extra charges identified on the PDF copy of your iD bill?

In addition to answering the questions from ​@andewhite can you also please confirm the following? 

 

  • Have you made any changes to your payment method recently?
  • Have you upgraded or changed your plan at all?
  • How have you viewed this invoice?
  • Does it detail what the charges are in relation to? 
  • When you access the iD Mobile app, is the spend cap still showing active via the settings?
