My bill has an extra charge of 12.00 this month, what is this for?

Hi

There is an overcharge on my bill this month of about 12 pound, why has this been charged, there is no outstanding balance from previous months?

    ​@EmmaLouiseDornan  Hard to say without knowing you current bill info. But please don't post details of you bill in an open forum. Have you checked you bill for items like extra data, call, out of allowance call changes?

    Sorry to hear this, in your app you’ll be able to view your bill, it should show there what extra charges are on the bill, have you checked here?
