My bill has gone from £8 per month to £26 per month.

This is unacceptable and I would like to terminate contract

Good idea. I've just set cap at £0.

Thank you

Hello @Robert Hamill

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are sorry to hear your bill is higher than expected.

On your monthly statement, does it state that your tariff is now £26 or have you received additional charges on top of your tariff?

Information on cancelling your plan can be found here

Thanks,

Nat

Hi

I’ve checked my bill and there is regular Premium Rate Text Messaging being charged at £1.50. It is being sent always at the same time 17:00.

I am not sending these messages. Can you please advise and stop these charges.

Thanks

Bob

You could simply set your account bill cap to £0, @Robert Hamill

You’d stop these charges, and any other out-of-plan charges, by having a £0 bill cap on your iD account.

Hi @Robert Hamill

Thanks for your reply and thank you to @andewhite for the support.

Is the premium text is showing regularly it would suggest a subscription of some kind which would usually require a text to be sent to stop.

As you have the spend cap at £0 is unlikely you will be able to send the text but as @andewhite has advised, this will stop the charge continuing on your account.

Thanks,

Nat
