My contract (7033) ended in May but I am still paying the full amount. Can you help me with this?

Hi @Sirgius 

 

If your contracted period has ended, you’ll need to upgrade/change it to another plan if you’d like it to be on another plan.

 

If your contracted period has ended, you’ll have options to upgrade to a SIM only plan, reducing your costs.
