My data plan has changed?

I have unlimited data, texts and calls however, when I logged into my app today, my data has changed to 2GB and says it renews in 16 days? Why has my unlimited data gone?

If the data is as a add-on you won’t see it on your allowances.

We are aware of issues with the app showing incorrect allowances.

Please can you log into your account online and check if the same allowances show?

Hi Kash,

I’ve logged into my account and it’s still showing 2GB of data allowance rather than unlimited unfortunately.
