My direct bebit has cancelled after 2 attempts even though the money was in the account. I cant log into the app to pay nor make phone calls to speak to anyone about it. I go on holiday at 4am, what can i do?

It just keeps telling me to log into the app or contact them but the live chat is down and I can’t get into my account.
