Did an add on of £5 to my last bill..but it is £10 more than usual..i have been double charged i think..

Have you checked your bill for the add-on? You’ll see 2 add-ons on your bill if you have been charged twice.

I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team if you require assistance with your bill.

Can you please help me with my account I have been charged £8 for a add on that I have not requested this happened last month and you removed it for me but it is showing on my recent bill which I have not requested could you please remove this add on from my account so it doesn’t show up on my bills as I don’t need a add on thank you
