My latest bill is in correct

I seem to have been double charged on my latest bill. Also I am leaving so my bill would have been too much even without the double charge.   Who do i contact and how do i do it.

Probably best to have an online web chat with the iD customer advisers about your billing issues, ​@hhh.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
