Could you explain while my monthly charge is more than my bill statement? 

Statement says £38.99 is owed but the charge for this month is over £41?

    ​@Brooke McG  Hello this may be due to the increase from April '25 would be in line with the current RPI/CPI price increases which I believe is around +3%.

    Your monthly plan will be adjusted each April by the CPI rate published in February (+3.9% fixed rate). Price adjustments do not affect add-ons or additional charges.

    For 2025, the CPI rate (+3.9% fixed rate) is 6.9%.

    Hey there ​@Brooke McG, as kindly advised by both ​@JoeKing and ​@MZone, this is likely due to the RPI/CPI price increases set in April.

     

    You would’ve agreed to this upon joining us, and we would’ve notified you via text/notification confirming the price increase going ahead in April.

    Bill statements why can’t data be in gb instead of mb shown in the statement. It easy to know how much data been used
