I changed banks and updated my new details but I'd has tried to take the payment from my old bank and it's failed . I've made the payment and updated direc debit details again .I am up to date with payments but my phone won't make calls or send texts . Phone number {REMOVED}

My partners phone won't make call or send texts but I can we are both on same plans with you, I can also call her fine but she cannot call me or anyone else
