I have a 24 month contract that ended last month, I keep trying to leave ID although it’s saying I need a direct debit set up to do so (I do have one set up). I am paying quadruple the amount for a normal sim only plan as my phone is paid off. I need this cancelled and want to leave ID.

Have you requested a PAC from us to port your number to a new provider?

Cancelling Your Plan with iD Mobile

To cancel your plan, you can follow these steps:

  • Via the iD Mobile App or My Account Online:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account Online.
    2. Tap on "Plan".
    3. Tap on "Leave iD".
    4. Tap on "Cancel my iD plan".
  • Live Chat: You can also contact the iD Mobile Live Chat team for assistance with cancelling your plan. They are available to help you through the process.

  • Text: If you are looking to switch to another network and keep your number, you can request a PAC by texting PAC and your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 65075.

  • Calling the Sales Team: For further assistance or to discuss your options, you can call the iD Mobile sales team on 0207 139 1397.

Please note that cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your contract. You must contact iD Mobile directly to request cancellation and provide at least 30 days' notice.
