new plan shows 0GB

Hello

I've just upgraded my son's s plan from a 50Gb pay monthly as he ran out of data on a recent trip abroad.

I switched to a 60Gb plan, theoretically getting him another 10Gb data until reset day which is in 10 days, but the app now shows 0/60Gb remaining.

 

What gives!?
