No data warning

I've just checked my app and I've used 196gb of data when my allowance is only 100gb but I received no text message warning about this? I've no idea how this much data has been used and the app doesn't go into enough detail to provide this. Please can someone help me on this as I'm concerned about how much extra this is going to cost me and I've no idea how this data has been used.

The extra usage above your allowance will be your rollover amount.

 

If it’s showing 196GB of data and your monthly allowance is 100GB, your rollover amount from the previous month is 96GB.

 

Rollover data is included for free in all iD Mobile pay monthly plans.
