Am trying from many days to contact on live chat but no one replied on that eve I waited for 90 minutes on the chat this is not fair.

Why don’t you try live chat earlier in the day, say from 9am, as that’s when the staff are on shift

9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays

At any other times you’d be contacting their automated chat bot.

What browser are you using? Do you ever get passed the first part of the chat, as in do you see an initial response from iD Mobile?

 

If the answers are the Safari browser and no then this is probably something at your end.

 

And I can’t argue with Geluk’s advice either!😀
