My phone suddenly lost its phone signal (no bars) over a week ago. I’m not a new customer. I’ve tried turning on/off phone, airplane mode and removing my sim card but still no change. In my settings, under Mobile Services, the only option available is ‘set up mobile service’- from a nearby phone or QR code, it’s like I’m a new customer! How can this be fixed?

Hi, thank you all for your comments. The problem continues wherever I go eg home/work etc. it’s a physio and I have removed & reentered a couple of times as well as turning the handset on/off. Unfortunately still no joy!Okay @Gcrowley88, given the problems are happening everywhere, your iD SIM card might be damaged or faulty.It could be worthwhile getting a replacement SIM from iD.
