No Roaming data limit after Plan change

I changed my Plan yesterday and within a few minutes I got a text saying "You've now used 100% of your 30GB Roaming data limit." It went on to explain that I would now incur additional charges. This makes no sense!

Have you had any issues using your roaming data while roaming?

 

I believe the text sent after upgrading/changing plan is just a default thing about the old plan and nothing to worry about with the new plan.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I haven’t used roaming so far. The text message looks to have been sent in error but without an official confirmation either way I have to assume it is correct, else I risk incurring charges. If I don’t get a proper response from ID mobile by the time of my next bill I will switch to another carrier. I have lodged a complaint but no response so far.
