no signal no discount

I have had no service near my home for over a month. I contacted you a few weeks ago and you said it was being looked into and my bill would be discounted for the loss of service 

 

I have had my bill today and it has no discount at all and I still have no service. Not sure what I  paying for

@Padd  You have no service for over a month and you were supposed to get a rebate /refund of sort?

I'll forward this message to a member of staff to follow-up on your problem.

Thank you. Is there an update on when service will be restored? This seems to be a 3 network issue according to others in the area on various networks that piggy back 3
