How do I get ID mobile to beat (or at least match) a quote from another service provider?

ideally I don’t want to leave but I have two contracts , one a 24 month deal, the other a SIM only coming to an end at the end of June.

three are offering a great deal on IPhone 15’s.

is there a department of contact to discuss this with ID?

Have you tried calling the iD telephone sales team, @9761Spencer?

Contact them on 020 7139 1397 - the advisers work 9am - 6pm.

I spoke with an advisor on live chat and they were nowhere near the Three deal on an IPHONE 15.

The iD employees might read forum topics once a day, but it’s often less frequently - just take the deal.

it wasn’t unhelpful as such, but in terms of was it any use or ‘help’ in terms of answering my question in particular.

unless you are suggesting I try and make contact with the sales team?
