Hello

Can someone please explain my November monthly bill. 

17/11/2024... £17.11 failed

17/11/2024... £17.11 successful 

26/11/2024... £17.11 failed

26/11/2024... £17.11 successful 

29/11/2024... £17.11 successful 

I think and I'm owed 2 x £17.11 = £34.22

Could someone please look at this please and by telling who and how I can talk to about it, please.

With the payments listed, are these showing taken on your bank statement?

Also, can you please confirm how the payments on the 26th and 29th November showing successful were made? Was one a direct debit and the other a manual card payment?
